This in-person program is grounded in contemporary, evidence-based neuroscience and psychological science made into accessible, practical learning for every-day life. While there are many approaches out there, our 4-week program is designed to stay true to what research reliably shows supports stress regulation, emotional health, and self-connection.
Led by Dr Koren Ganas, each 2 hour session integrates neuroscience-informed psychoeducation, guided experiential practice and practical tools to take with you, drawn from areas like mindfulness, self-compassion, and affective psychology — all translated into real-life application.
Week 1: The (actual) science of the body-mind connection
Understand the neuroscience of stress and emotions; and learn what you can do to navigate the cycle.
Week 2: Being with ourselves
Understand the relationship between attention, reactivity, and stress, and learn mindful awareness skills to help regulate your experience.
Week 3: Being gentle with ourselves: Self-Compassion practice as a stress buffer
Learn how kindness (not pressure) changes the brain, supports our wellbeing, and protects against burnout.
Week 4: Real Self-Care
Understanding and supporting our relationship with ourselves allows us to build a safe, consistent, respectful inner world.
Our next cycle will run in September 2025. Registration opens 1 July 2025. Space is strictly limited, so make sure to register early!
EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION: Register before 21 July and pay just $395.00
